I've never been great with squats. I think my form is pretty good, but I've never been able to go really heavy. I think 225--maybe 245--is the most I've ever done.
It's been a couple weeks since I've squatted, so I wanted to go a little lighter than normal. I stayed at 185 and worked on getting deep into the squat before coming back up. It was challenging but felt good--like it was the right call.
The cleans were awkward at first, but after the first round, I started to get the hang of it. I like catching the bar in a deep front squat. I think it helps my form and it allows me to do a little bit heavier weight. I'll go up to 135 next time.
I'm embarrassingly weak with OH presses. 65 pounds was pretty hard to do strict. I had to do some "cheat" push presses toward the end. I've obviously got a long way to go in that area.
