Focused on different kinds of rows in my workout today. It was tough, but a good tough. I'm excited to do it again next week. Here's the breakdown:

And here are the progress shots. I'm sure it's better to post them every month, not every couple of days, but I wanted to get some with my traps/lats flexed at the beginning of the four-month period so I can see if this focus on rows improves their size.










Got some symmetry issues in my shoulders and pecs to address. I'm not a bodybuilder (and I don't want to be), so I'm not too worried about symmetry, but this seems pretty extreme. My left side looks a lot higher than my right.




Better definition in the traps than I was expecting.

Traps need a lot of work. Losing the love handles will probably help a bunch.
